Align project versions with XWiki standard versions

The goal of this issue is to align the version of this very project with the version number of XWiki.

Currently, we rely on a standard version number, that increases progressively at each release, but without much meaning.

In practice, the main version number that counts as part of this package is the version of XWiki we rely upon. As such, we should rename the version of this project to match the version of XWiki Standard that is bundled.

For example, the version 17.4.3 of this project should bundle the version 17.4.3 of XWiki Standard.

If, for any reason, we have to make multiple releases of this project containing the same version of XWiki Standard, we can use a dash in the version number to indicate that this is a new version : 17.4.3-1, 17.4.3-2, …
