Provide a way to authenticate OIDC Access Tokens

As part of this work-package, we would need to authenticate the intercom service requests to XWiki based on an HTTP Bearer token that contains an Access Token generated by Keycloak using https://www.keycloak.org/securing-apps/token-exchange.
